All travelers to Egypt must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity beyond their intended stay. Visa requirements vary by nationality:

• U.S. and most European passport holders can obtain a visa on arrival at the airport in Egypt or apply for an e-visa in advance through the official Egyptian e-Visa portal.
  
• Canadian travelers must obtain a visa prior to arrival from the Egyptian Embassy or Consulate in Canada. It is recommended to apply well in advance to allow for processing time.
  
• Other nationalities should check with their local Egyptian Embassy or Consulate for specific entry requirements.

For the smoothest experience, we recommend securing your visa before travel and ensuring all travel documents are up to date.

This pilgrimage is intentionally limited in size in order to preserve depth, connection, and personalized facilitation.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to departure may receive a credit toward future Black Swan Temple offerings, less any unrecoverable expenses.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of departure.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants.

We strongly recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance for maximum protection.

Force Majeure

In the event that the pilgrimage must be postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to political unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions), all payments made will be applied as credit toward a rescheduled pilgrimage or future offering.

Refunds will only be issued to the extent recoverable from third-party vendors.
